About the #PUEBLOAlert System

The #KELSIEAlert system was established in September, 2017, on behalf of Laura Saxton, in memory of her daughter Kelsie Schelling and others missing from Pueblo. It is a system that uses social media and other technology for the public to help law enforcement find missing person’s and runaways in the Pueblo area. Kelsie was last seen on Monday, February 4, 2013, in Pueblo, Colorado, driving her 2011 Black Chevrolet Cruze. The vehicle was found abandoned on February 14, 2013, in an open employee hospital parking lot. Kelsie lived in Denver, Colorado, but drove to Pueblo,
Colorado, to meet her boyfriend, Donthe Lucas, at Walmart, but after an hour of waiting, he texted to meet him at an intersection near his grandmother’s
residence in Pueblo, Colorado. Lucas admitted to police that he met Kelsie that night and appears to be the one in the video where her car was moved from the South Side Walmart. Kelsie has not been seen or heard from since. Kelsie is 5’4, blrown hair, hazel eyes and has distinct tattoos as can be seen in the pictures.
