Amber Alert – The AMBER Alert Plan is a critical missing child response program that utilizes the resources of law enforcement and media to notify the public when children are kidnapped.

Colorado Bureau of Investigations Cold Cases – The CBI has a Cold Case Unit and a Colorado Cold Case Database featuring unsolved homicides, missing and unidentified persons to assist law enforcement agencies. There is an office in Pueblo West that assists the PPD when necessary at their request.

FBI – The FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) maintains the largest investigative repository of major violent crime cases in the U.S. It is designed to collect and analyze information about homicides, sexual assaults, missing persons, and other violent crimes involving unidentified human remains. Here is a link to their nationwide database of kidnapped and missing persons. The FBI has a joint office in Pueblo with the CBI and assists the PPD in cases at their request.

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children – A non profit helping to find missing children, reduce child exploitation and prevent child victimization. The national clearinghouse and resource center for families, victims, organizations, law enforcement and the public. Pueblo Missing Persons Database – You can submit a webtip about any of the missing persons listed on the Pueblo Police Department Crime Stoppers list or call anonymously at 719-542-7867.

Pueblo Police Department – You can submit a police report online or by phone with dispatch at 719-553-2502 on runaways or missing persons. If it’s an emergency, dial 91.
